Mis Maison started with a simple annoyance: almost nothing sold for the home says what it's actually made of. "Silk" that's polyester. "Wood" that's a printed skin over fiberboard. Rooms full of things that photograph well and feel like nothing.

So we built a small house of pieces that pass one test: check it with your hand. Mulberry silk with its momme weight on the label, certified by OEKO-TEX. Solid walnut you could chip and still find walnut underneath. Lamps chosen for the way a room feels at dusk, not how it scans at noon.

We're a small team and a young store, and we'd rather grow on materials than on marketing. If a piece ever arrives and fails the hand test, send it back within 30 days — that's the whole policy.
